Working in teams can be both challenging and creative apart from also enriching with a lot of new ideas and innovations. Recently, I worked with a sub-team, quite informal one to be honest, to draw up ideas for tackling the growing issues with the parking problem at the office, and coming up with feasible solutions. While we were all employees from the various departments and I am the admin, we consisted of various typographies in the team. Altogether we were 5 members, 2 of us were male Americans in their late twenties, 1 male Asian American in their late forties, 1 female Indian in her late twenties, and 1 female Caucasian in her late thirties.
